Do you have contracts or minimum commitments?
No. There is no contract, no minimum loads per week, no minimum term. Cancel any time with one phone call. We earn your business every load.
How fast do I get paid?
Same day if you use one of our partner factoring companies (1.5–2.5% rate). Direct from the broker, payment in 7–14 days depending on broker terms. We chase late payers for you either way.
Are there hidden fees on top of the percentage?
No. The percentage you see in the table above is what you pay. No setup fee. No monthly fee. No load-board access fee. No paperwork fee. The percentage covers everything.
Do you do forced dispatch?
Never. Every load is offered to you. You see the broker, the rate, the lane, the pickup and delivery — and you say yes or no. Your truck, your call, every time.
What do you need from me to get started?
MC# and DOT#, current COI, W-9, signed carrier packet (we send it). If you use factoring already, a notice of assignment from your factoring company. That's it. We can have you running loads inside 24 hours.
I already have factoring. Will you work with my company?
Yes. We work with every major factor (Apex, OTR, RTS, TBS, eCapital, etc.). We handle the NOA + invoice routing on every load so your factoring company gets paid on time, every time.
What states do you cover?
All 48 contiguous states. Most of our drivers run regional or OTR. We have the broker relationships and lane data to keep you loaded anywhere east of the Continental Divide and out west.
Can I keep my own loads on the side?
Absolutely. Loads you book yourself are yours — no commission. We only get paid on loads we book for you. A lot of our drivers run 80% TruckersTool Dispatch, 20% their own — that's your call.
How long does onboarding take?
Most drivers are onboarded inside 24 hours. We send the carrier packet by email, you sign electronically, we authorize your factoring company (or set you up with a partner factor), and your dispatcher calls within the hour.
Do you have a driver portal?
Currently dispatch happens by phone and text — we believe a real human voice on the line beats an app for the first call of the day. We send digital ratecons and BOLs through your preferred channel (email or text).
What's the smallest fleet you'll dispatch?
One truck. Most of our customer base is solo owner-operators, with a growing number of small fleets (2–10 trucks). We don't have a minimum fleet size.
What states / lanes do you avoid?
We dispatch in all 48 contiguous states. We do not currently dispatch into Mexico (cross-border requires CTPAT and FAST credentials we're not equipped to support). Canada is case-by-case.
How do you choose which loads to offer me?
We match against your equipment, home base, lane preferences, and your $/mile floor (which you set at onboarding). We surface 3–5 ranked options per offer and you pick.
Do you offer dedicated lanes?
Yes, when broker volume supports it. About 30% of our drivers run dedicated or semi-dedicated lanes after the first 90 days.
Are you BBB accredited?
Yes — A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our FMCSA SAFER scores are public.
What happens if a broker doesn't pay?
We chase. Hard. We file claims against broker bonds, escalate to FMCSA when necessary, and have a track record of recovering 95%+ of disputed payments. You don't pay our percentage on unpaid loads.
Can I see real driver settlements before signing on?
On request, yes — we'll redact a recent week's settlements from a similar equipment/lane driver so you can see what your gross and take-home would look like in practice.
What's your driver retention rate?
Industry average for dispatch services is around 60% annual retention. Ours is 88% — we track it because it matters.
