Terms of service.

Plain-English terms governing your use of this website and the dispatching service.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Who we are

TruckersTool Dispatch is a US-based truck dispatching service operating under FMCSA registration MC-817510 and DOT DOT-2380414. These terms govern your use of the website at truckerstool.com and the relationship between you (the carrier or driver) and us (TruckersTool Dispatch) when you sign on as a dispatch client.

2. The website

This website is informational. Submitting an application form does not create a binding agreement; it begins an onboarding conversation with one of our dispatchers. The percentage rates, statistics, and testimonials shown are accurate as of the date posted.

3. The dispatching agreement

If you choose to onboard, we'll send you a separate carrier-dispatch agreement that spells out the working relationship: percentage compensation, paperwork handling, broker booking authority limited to your equipment and lanes, and termination rights. The carrier-dispatch agreement is the binding contract — these terms cover the website only.

4. No forced dispatch

We will never assign you a load without your acceptance. Every load is offered; you accept or decline.

5. No hidden fees

Our percentage covers the entire dispatch service. We do not charge setup fees, monthly fees, paperwork fees, or load-board access fees. If you authorize a partner factoring company, that factor's fees are separate and disclosed at onboarding.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your dispatching agreement at any time with one phone call or email. Loads booked before cancellation that have not yet delivered remain your responsibility to complete; we'll continue to handle settlement and paperwork on those loads at the same percentage.

7. Limitations

We act as your agent in dealings with brokers but are not a co-broker, freight broker, or freight forwarder. We do not take title to freight. We do not guarantee specific revenue, RPM, or load volume — actual results depend on your equipment, lanes, market conditions, and how aggressively you accept offered loads.

8. Disputes

We're a Texas company. Any dispute arising from these terms or our service is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and venued in Dallas County, Texas. We strongly prefer to resolve disputes by phone — call us first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email to active dispatch clients and posted here with an updated date.
