Our published reviews are pulled monthly from third-party platforms (Google, BBB) plus a sample of direct driver feedback. We don't filter for stars. If a driver gives us 3 stars and tells us why, we publish it. We'd rather you see the rough patches than join expecting perfection and feel misled.
