How we workday by day, no vague promises.

Most dispatch services say "we get you loads" and call that the process. Here's what actually happens — application to first load to weekly settlement to the cycle that keeps repeating.

// The first 24 hours

From application to wheels rolling.

Every step has a real time window. We can have you running loads inside a day if your authority is in good standing.

Day 0

Apply

Fill out the form below. Takes 90 seconds. We need your MC#, equipment, and home base. Nothing else.

Day 1 AM

Onboard

Sign the carrier packet (W-9, COI request, NOA). We verify your authority and authorize your factoring company.

Day 1 PM

First load

Your dispatcher calls with first-load options. You pick. We book. You're rolling by morning of Day 2.

Day 7

Settle + repeat

Weekly settlement runs every Friday. Direct deposit Monday. Then we keep finding you better loads.

// A day in the life

What happens between your phone calls.

From your side, dispatch is a phone call in the morning, a phone call after delivery, and texts in between. From our side, that's the visible part of a much longer day. Here's the work happening behind the scenes — not because you need to know, but because it answers "what am I actually paying for?"

5:00 AM — 7:00 AM · The board sweep

We pull every major load board for matches against your equipment, lane preferences, and home base. Not just DAT — also Truckstops, broker direct portals, and the lanes our partner brokers post privately to us. We rank candidates by RPM-after-cut and broker payment risk. By the time your phone rings at 7am, we've eliminated 90% of the noise.

7:00 AM — 9:00 AM · The morning call

We call you with the top 3–5 ranked loads. You pick. We negotiate the rate with the broker (we never accept the posted rate without pushing). Once you accept and the broker agrees, we send the rate confirmation through your preferred channel (email or text) and update the broker packet.

9:00 AM — 6:00 PM · While you drive

You handle the truck. We monitor the load: shipper appointment confirmations, weather routing, broker check calls (we take them, not you), backhaul setup for the return run. If your truck breaks down, you call us. We handle broker notification, repair coordination, and (if needed) reefer/HOS adjustments. We're available on cell after 5pm because that's when bad things happen on the road.

Delivery · Paperwork & pay

You text us a photo of the signed BOL at delivery. We submit the load packet (BOL + ratecon + accessorials) to the broker the same day. If you factor through one of our partners, you have cash the same day. If you wait for direct broker pay, that's 7–14 days — we handle the chase if needed. Either way, we move on to your next load.

Friday · Settlement

Weekly settlement runs every Friday afternoon. You get a single statement listing every load that closed that week, the gross, our cut, factoring fees if any, and your net. Direct deposit hits Monday morning. Quarterly we file your IFTA from the same data. Annually we coordinate IRP renewal and MCS-150 update. We touch the back office so you don't have to.

// What we need from you

Onboarding checklist.

If you have these on hand, we can have you running loads inside 24 hours. Brand new authority? We coordinate the whole thing. Details on MC/DOT setup →

  • MC # — active motor carrier number, not pending. (Pending? We set up new authority.)
  • DOT # — matching DOT registration in good standing on FMCSA SAFER.
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) — current liability and cargo. We can request from your insurer if you don't have it on hand.
  • W-9 — for our records and broker packets.
  • Voided check or wire info — for direct deposit on weekly settlements.
  • Notice of Assignment (NOA) from your factoring company — or we set you up with a partner factor at onboarding.
  • Equipment + lane preferences — we capture these on your first onboarding call.
