When you apply to drive with TruckersTool Dispatch, we collect identifying information that we need to dispatch you and verify your authority — name, phone, email, MC#, DOT#, equipment type, home base, lanes, years driving, and anything else you put in the application form. When you call, we capture your number and the call may be recorded for quality and training. When you visit this website, our hosting provider logs standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, page accessed).
Internally, only the dispatchers and operations staff who need it to do their job. Externally, only:
This website uses a small number of essential cookies (remembering your form state, dark/light preferences). We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count page views; it does not track individual visitors.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements). Email dispatch@truckerstool.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information like it's our own.
If we make material changes, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Substantial changes will also be communicated via email to active drivers.
