We don't bundle this stuff into "tiers". Everything below is included for every driver, at our flat percentage. Pick your equipment to see specifics — or scroll for the full list.

All six of these come standard. Same percentage. No "premium tier".
We hunt every major load board in real time, then negotiate the rate before we even bring it to you. You see the best of what's out there, not the average.
FMCSA check, payment history, broker bond status, references — every load. We don't book with brokers who don't pay. Period.
Rate confirmations, BOLs, broker packets, COIs. We manage the documents end to end so you can keep your hands on the wheel.
Same-day factoring through our partners (1.5–2.5% rate). Invoicing, collections, IFTA prep. We do the desk work; you keep the cab.
Round-trip planning, deadhead minimization, fuel-cost-aware routing. Our dispatchers are graded on your $/mile, not load count.
One US-based dispatcher who knows you, your truck, and your home base. Cell number on day one. Average response time: under 4 minutes.
A truck dispatcher is an owner-operator's agent. We act on your behalf with brokers and shippers — finding loads, negotiating rates, vetting payment risk, and handling the paperwork that turns a rate confirmation into a settled invoice. We are not a freight broker (we don't take title to your freight) and we are not your boss (we don't force-dispatch). We get paid only when you do.
On a typical day, your dispatcher will: scan every major load board (DAT, Truckstops, internal broker portals, plus posted lanes from our broker partners) for freight matching your equipment, lane preferences, and home base; rank the candidates by RPM-after-cut and broker-payment risk; call you with the top 3–5 options; negotiate the rate with the broker once you accept; send the rate confirmation, BOL request, and broker packet on your behalf; and remain on call through delivery for detention, lumper, weather, or breakdown.
What separates good dispatch from cheap dispatch is rate negotiation and broker vetting. A dispatcher who books the first available load at the posted rate isn't earning their percentage. We negotiate on every load — it's not optional — and we vet every broker against FMCSA registration, payment history, bond status, and our internal blacklist before we book.
Dispatching is one piece. The work that turns "load delivered" into "money in your account" is the other. All included in your percentage.
Partner factoring at 1.5–2.5% gets you paid the day a load delivers. We handle the NOA + invoice routing on every load.
Quarterly IFTA prep from your settlement data. We pull your miles by state, your fuel purchases, and file the math.
CSA monitoring, MCS-150 biennial filing reminders, IRP renewal coordination. We keep your authority clean.
Brand new authority? We coordinate your MC and DOT registration, BOC-3 process agent, COI sourcing, and broker packets.
Every load is negotiated against the lane average, the broker's history with us, and the freight's urgency. Never the posted rate.
Ratecons, BOLs, broker packets, COI requests, NOAs — we route them through your preferred channel (email or text) and keep originals on file.
No setup fees, no monthly fees, no paperwork fees, no load-board access fees. The percentage on the equipment-rate table is the only number you'll ever pay us. See the full pricing page.
