Truck Dispatch for Small Fleets (2-25 Trucks)

Solo dispatch doesn't scale to a fleet. When you grow past 2 trucks, you need someone who runs your dispatch desk like a desk — multiple drivers, multiple lanes, settlement reporting that rolls up across the whole operation. We dispatch fleets up to 25 trucks with the same percentage transparency we offer solo owner-operators.

// What we hear from drivers

If any of this sounds familiar — we built this for you.

The friction CDL drivers thinking about going independent hit every single week.

Trying to dispatch 5+ trucks yourself out of a spreadsheet at 11pm
Driver retention dropping because dispatchers don't actually answer the phone
Settlement reports come from 3 different sources and don't reconcile
No leverage with brokers because you're negotiating one truck at a time
Insurance + DOT compliance growing in complexity as your fleet grows
Burning out trying to scale operations + dispatch + back-office at the same time
// What changes

Here's what driving with TruckersTool Dispatch does about it.

Dedicated fleet dispatcher

One dispatcher knows your trucks, your drivers, your home base, your preferences. Drivers call the same person every day. We scale headcount with you as you grow.

Multi-truck rate leverage

Brokers price differently when you have 10 trucks vs. 1. We negotiate volume agreements with broker partners that solo dispatchers can't access.

Fleet settlement reporting

Weekly settlement statements roll up at the fleet level. Per-truck breakdowns, per-driver scorecards, lane-level profitability. Pull a CSV any time.

Compliance scales with you

CSA monitoring across the whole fleet. MCS-150 updates, IRP renewals, DOT audit prep — coordinated, not duplicated.

// Fleet pricing

How fleet dispatch percentages actually work.

Fleet dispatch pricing isn't a separate menu. We use the same equipment-based percentages on every truck (see the published rate card on the pricing page). The math just happens at fleet scale.

For fleets of 10+ trucks, we negotiate broker-volume discounts that effectively reduce your blended rate by 100–150 basis points off the published number. The bigger the fleet, the more leverage. (Example: a 12-truck van fleet at our published van rate often lands at an effective blended cut roughly a full percentage point lower after the broker-volume credits we pass through.)

For fleets ready to in-source dispatch eventually, we offer a transition path — train your in-house dispatcher alongside ours for 90 days, then transfer the book. We get paid for the transition period only. Most fleet operators stay with us because the broker relationships and back-office infrastructure don't transfer easily.

// Pricing

Honest rates. No surprises.

Same transparent pricing every driver sees on the public page. From 8% on dry van up to 12% on box truck — see the full rate card for every equipment type.
